Peter Herbert is an accomplished writer and producer with an extensive range of credits in television, stage, and film. He is currently Head of Producing at AFTRS, Australia’s premier film, television, and radio school.

He has worked in senior management and creative positions for major Australian, American, and British companies.  He has created original programs and formats, been responsible for many number-one rating and award-winning dramas and comedies on Australian television, and has sold his own work around the world.

Programs include “Cop Shop”, “The Flying Doctors”, “The Comedy Company”, “Acropolis Now”, The Melbourne International Comedy Festival Charity Gala, The TV Week Logies, The World Comedy Tour and “Dossa and Joe”.
