Partnering with HR and L&D, we deliver actor-led, role-play training that takes a deep dive into communication challenges facing leaders today. From difficult conversations to crisis communication, our programs go beyond theory to embed behavioural change that transforms communication, culture, and confidence in the room.

How experienced are our facilitators?
Our facilitators combine professional acting and performance backgrounds with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and corporate training. This blend ensures each session is psychologically safe, engaging, and grounded in real-world workplace dynamics.
How is BITS different from traditional leadership training?
Most workshops tell people what to do—BITS lets them try it. We create live, emotionally charged practice environments that help leaders build behavioural agility and presence they can apply immediately back at work.
Can BITS complement existing training programs?
Absolutely. BITS can stand alone or integrate with your existing leadership, communication, or DEI frameworks. Many clients use BITS to bring their internal training content to life through realistic practice and reflection.

To show what’s possible, we have written a selection of six short scripts to help bring the scenarios to life. Highlighting difficult workplace communicaton challenges, each scene has three variations that represents other possible conversation pathways. All are designed to be excellent starting points for role-play training and discussion. You can choose to apply any or all of them.

MICRO-AGGRESSIONS & INCLUSION | This scene invites reflection on how subtle slights—spoken or unspoken—can undermine belonging, and challenges viewers to create safer, more inclusive interactions.
PERFORMANCE MISALIGNMENT | This scene reveals how unclear expectations and quiet disengagement can derail performance conversations—reinforcing the need for early clarification, empathetic feedback, and alignment on success measures.
POWER & INFLUENCE | This scene explores how to exert influence without authority—demonstrating the power of credibility, timing, and collaborative framing in cross-team negotiations.
Shows how misaligned expectations can erode trust, performance, and engagement. Small moments of disconnect can snowball without intentional, clear dialogue. NOTE: This script will be soon made into a video - coming soon!
Our Reflective Practice Questionnaire (RPQ) is uniquely designed for rapid implementation and analysis. It has been streamlined with five focused items covering awareness | perspective | review | intention | reception-aware next action. In essence, RPQ targets the levers tied to behaviour change as follows:
1) Debriefs / after-action reviews reliably improve performance across settings.
2) Planning with implementation intentions increases follow-through.
3) Active empathic listening and emotional awareness are validated predictors of interaction quality and job outcomes—especially where emotional demands are higher.
