John L. SimpsonJohn L. Simpson John L. is the CEO of Titan View and is an award-winning producer and distributor with over thirty years’ experience working in the performing arts arena.

As a producer, John L. began working in film with Al Clark (Chopper, Priscilla, Queen of the Desert) on Thunderstruck. He was also the co-writer and producer of the powerful film Men’s Group, winner of the DigiSPAA SPAArtan Award and winner of Best Film, Best Actor, and Best Script at the 2008 Inside Film Awards.

John L. launched Titan View in 2007 to bring important Australian films to Australian and international audiences. Titan View’s first release The Jammed was the highest-grossing independent Australian film by screen average ever, during its opening two weeks.

With 33 Postcards, starring Guy Pearce, Titan View pioneered the local distribution of an Australia–China co-production.

In recent years, Titan View has gained a reputation for mentoring and collaborating with filmmakers to maximise their distribution opportunities.
